Operator and purposes
The operator and contact details appear below. Data is processed to create cards, authenticate email, maintain points and payments, answer chat questions, handle PRO and digital-service requests, prevent abuse and provide support.
Data used
Data processed includes email, card text and images, AI descriptions, assistant messages, credit records, technical events and consents. When a card is created, the service separately records the connection IP address, date and time, User-Agent, browser language and limited platform details to prevent spam and abuse, review complaints and investigate incidents. This evidence is encrypted, linked to the card identifier and available only to an authenticated administrator; aggregate statistics use a one-way IP fingerprint. A service request includes name, contact details, selected services and a brief; it is sent to the operator through the configured Telegram proxy, while only its identifier, delivery status and technical time are retained locally. There is no promotional mailing or advertising analytics. Nombre.Ru, Top.One.Ru and Rank.Ru widgets may receive the IP address, User-Agent, page address and other connection data.
Legal grounds
Processing relies on separate consent, service contracts and legal duties. Initial collection and storage of Russian citizens’ data must take place in Russia. Access to internal records is restricted.
AI providers
An image description first goes to DeepSeek or Together AI for English translation and creative refinement; the refined description then goes to Together AI for image generation. Assistant messages also go to DeepSeek or Together AI. Processing may occur outside Russia. Email, balances and completed greeting text are not automatically sent with image requests. Do not enter personal or sensitive data into AI fields. The operator must arrange lawful cross-border processing before enabling AI.
Retention
Cards, images, encrypted connection evidence captured at creation, and pseudonymous opening and Share events are kept for up to 180 days and then removed by scheduled maintenance. A Share event records an action on the site and does not confirm delivery. Chat and original prompts are kept for 30 days; the refined technical prompt is not stored separately. Login links last 15 minutes and unverified accounts one day. Account data stays until deletion, while legally required financial and compliance records follow applicable periods. Evidence may be disclosed only in response to a lawful official request.
Your rights
Contact the operator to access, correct, delete your data or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Verification normally uses your account email.
