Separate consent
What consent covers
By selecting the separate checkbox, I voluntarily permit the operator identified below to process data I submit for Cards.Ru: email, card text and images, credit history, and technical data captured when a card is created — connection IP address, date and time, User-Agent, browser language and limited platform details. These data are used to secure the service, prevent spam and abuse, review complaints and investigate incidents. For a service request, consent also covers my name, contact details, selected services and brief. A separate AI checkbox covers descriptions or messages sent to the relevant provider.
Data operations
Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, access necessary for the selected feature, restriction and deletion; automated processing and manual support review are allowed.
Duration
Consent lasts until its purpose is fulfilled or it is withdrawn using the operator contact. Retention is described in the privacy policy. This is not marketing consent.
Other people’s data
I have a lawful basis to share any other person’s data. I understand that anyone possessing a card link can view it.
